TheWaveWarden updates Odin 2 free software synthesizer to v2.3.1

Version 2.3.1 now lets you select LFO waves from a dropdown, and the order of the LFO waves was reversed to make them align with the dropdown. The update also fixed a problem where the data file in the Debian package was being owned by root.
