GURU TIP:  Make note that the heel drop of this shoe sits 2mm lower than other Asics neutral shoes like the Nimbus. TECH TIP: New to The Running Well Store and improved from previous iterations, the Asics Novablast 3 was given a bit of a facelift to make it competitive in the lightweight neutral market. The shoe's weight was reduced by 30 grams, additional foam was added to the heel and the tongue was redone with a wing construction to secure the foot and reduce tongue movement. Fans of the Novablast series will notice an increase in pop as the shoe has gone from FF Blast foam to FF Blast+. Asics wearers can also feel good about the reduced emissions impact due to the upper's 75% recycled material content and reduced water usage in the color dying process. We hope you'll enjoy the ride!
